This headboard is just fabulous, truly stunning. Plus, it’s half the cost of what I found at other places like Loaf. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of this headboard and the quick service from Sleepstyle.

Sleepstyle did an outstanding job. I was looking to get a footstool before Christmas, and Ashley kept me in the loop the whole time. I was cutting it close with my order, but the crew made sure it arrived well before the holiday. I’m totally in love with this footstool; it’s definitely the best deal out there. I purchased a floor standing headboard in fantasy velvet glacier fabric from Chesterfield. Before placing my order, I requested a fabric swatch, and I highly recommend doing that. It was a bit pricey, but honestly, it’s worth every penny. Customer service was great, and my order arrived in just 3 weeks.

Right from the time I picked out my bedframe to when it was delivered, the communication was top-notch. When the bed showed up, the two delivery guys set it up, and let me tell ya, it’s fantastic. Even better than what I saw online, and I’m super pleased with it. I’d totally recommend this company without a second thought. Really satisfied!

This item is really high quality and appears pricier than it actually is, so I’d totally suggest checking out their stuff. The customer support was outstanding too! I had a small hiccup that was beyond the company’s control, but Ashley took care of it right away. In my view, what truly defines a great company is the service you get during and after the sale. Sometimes issues pop up, but Sleepstyle handled everything super fast, so I’d absolutely purchase from them again.

This is hands down the best 5-star experience I've had. We checked out swatches from three different bed companies before making our choice, and Sleepstyle was the only one that sent a good variety of colored swatches quickly, making it super easy for us to decide. After placing our order with the discount voucher they provided, we got an email from the couriers just five days later, outlining what to expect once they had the product. The next day, we were given a delivery date and asked to confirm it. The day before the delivery, we got a 4-hour time slot, and on the delivery day, they called us before showing up. Just 20 minutes later, our bed was all set up. It looks amazing! We’re thrilled with the color, quality, and the sturdy drawers. Overall, we waited only 12 days for a custom piece of furniture, and the communication was top-notch. Seriously, other companies could take a page or two from their book.

What a fantastic company! I ordered a crushed velvet footstool, and the very next day I received a message saying the fabric was out of stock. They offered me some alternatives, but I was pretty bummed out. Then, not long after, Ashley reached out to me again and shared that they had found some of my fabric—just enough to create my footstool! She really went the extra mile to find exactly what I wanted; not many businesses do that these days. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new footstool; it showed up quickly and was nicely packaged. I’ll surely shop here again.
